That is why you will now find a new feature in the Courier Partner App > Support > Live Support Chat > Feedback about a venue.
With just a few clicks you will be able to let us know positive or negative feedback and we will be able to take actions a lot faster if needed.
On the other side we also created a new feature for our Restaurant Partners to give feedback about our couriers. We hope that this will help to establish a healthy feedback culture between us all to create a better work environment. 🙌
