Cash Orders
Wolt offers "cash" as a payment option for the customers. Handling cash orders require some additional steps from you. You can find more information about how to handle these orders and what is expected from you on this page.
How to deliver cash orders?

Before you accept the order, you will be able to see it is a cash order thanks to the small cash icon on the screen.

Wolt customers have the option in the app to let you know if they need change. Please pay close attention to this information. The amount of cash you need to collect OR the amount of change you need to give back to the customer is always displayed in the Wolt Courier Partner app.

As a courier, you are responsible for carrying enough change, please make sure that you always have at least €50 worth of smaller bills and coins. Please do not ask the venues for change and please also keep in mind that when you collect a cash order from a venue, you NEVER have to pay for the order.

You must collect the amount shown in the Wolt Courier Partner App and return the correct change accordingly, if applicable.

You must confirm receipt of full cash amount in the Wolt Courier Partner App. You must only hand over the order after the full cash amount has been received.

You must confirm the delivery of the order in the Wolt Courier Partner App.

All the money collected during deliveries, excluding tips, belongs to Wolt and must be offloaded at least once a week or before it exceed 200 euros otherwise, you will not be able to go online again.
How to offload cash via your Wolt Partner App?

In the Wolt Partner App, under the "Finances" tab, you can find your current cash balance and your previous transactions.

You can start the cash offloading process by clicking on "Cash offloading".

Set the amount of cash you want to deposit. It’s always best to settle your cash balance in full at once!

Select which bank card you’d like to use for the deposit. If you haven’t added a card yet, you can set up a new one. Simply click on "Add new card" and put in your bank card details.

You’ll always receive a confirmation in the app and via email after completing the deposit. Your balance will be updated shortly after.
